Edward J. Hiller, Of Counsel

As Of Counsel to Kramer & Connolly, Mr. Hiller's experience in complex corporate liability and risk management lends tremendous depth to our representation of corporations, their directors and officers. Having served as general counsel to a major regional manufacturer, Mr. Hiller brings significant expertise in corporate governance, corporations law, and fiduciary duties owed to shareholders and other beneficiaries.

Understanding the needs and sense of urgency of busy business executives, he also serves as legal counsel to several national, regional and local charitable organizations and foundations and has addressed numerous organizations on methods of minimizing business liability, preventing litigation, and protecting trade secrets and other legal rights.

After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree with cum laude honors from Washington University, Mr. Hiller received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Maryland, Texas and District of Columbia bars.
